These terms govern your use of the Starcrossed app. By downloading or using Starcrossed, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Entertainment only

Starcrossed provides astrology and tarot content for entertainment purposes only. Readings are not professional, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for decisions you make. Nothing in the app predicts or guarantees any outcome. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service or, in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Starcrossed.

Subscriptions & billing

• Starcrossed offers auto-renewable subscriptions. A free trial may be offered for the weekly plan; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings; the app's "Manage subscription" screen links you there.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, or attempts to disrupt the service, and don't use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, tarot artwork, and content are owned by Starcrossed or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Reading text you generate is provided for your personal use.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starcrossed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on readings. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the app, and may suspend or end the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
